week 14-Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is a unique American holiday when we celebrate the first Europeans (called pilgrims) who came to America. They worked hard to live and survive here so that they could have freedoms they didn't have before. In 1621, the Pilgrims decided to have a big feast of food and invite the Native American Indians who had helped them so much. Each year we get together with our families to give thanks. This week's question is to tell us what you are thankful for. I'm thankful for my husband, kids, family and friends who I'm on this journey through life with and enjoying every minute of it.

  1. I thanks for my parents, friends, and my university’s classmates. They always live with me, so the world look wonderful. My parents raise me from baby to adult. They supply me to study, buy something, and learning centers. They always encourage me when I have problem. Although my record is not good t school, but I know my parents always support me. I very appreciate they do anything for me.
I thanks for my friends because we have happy time in university. I believe that we can be friend forever. At school, we are eating dinner, discussing homework, playing together. Besides my parents, my best love is them. Maybe I already come to America, but I think we can continue our friendship when the world end.

  2. I thanks for my family and friends. They are very important in my life. Even if the family had anything, there have taken the side of me. The house is the place where I can be relieved at for me. I thank mother who bore me, father whom I always supported, a younger sister and a younger brother loving. And a friend is very important for me, too. I was able to spend time when I was happy a lot simply because I laughed together, and there was the friend who quarrelled. It is the people who want to value it for me all the time.

  5. Originally, Thanksgiving is the annual holiday in America. It is the opportunity for everybody gives thanks together. For me, this is my first Thanksgiving. In this time, I want to give my thankfulness to my family, my friends, my uncle, my aunt and my 2 little cousins. First of all, I'm thankful for my parents, my 2 brothers. Because of them, I have a happy family with full of love and happiness. They are always by my side, and they are also the most important people in my life. My parents have given me a lot of best things in this world such as love, knowledge, encouragement. They have guided me what the good way is. Secondly, I love to give thank to my friends. They have given me a lot of sweet memories in school. They always are the person who listening my sadness and sharing my happiness. The last people I want to give thank is my uncle and my aunt. They have helped me a lot since I came to the US. I can reduce my homesickness when I live with them. Especially, my 2 cute little cousins make me have a lot of funs. I can improve my listening skill and speaking skill in English when playing with them. All in all, I think I’m a lucky person in this world. Although there are a lot of challenge in my life, I believe that I can be a successful person because of them.

  6. I’m thank for my parents sincerely. There one brother and two sisters in my family. I’m eldest, so my mother and father always try to trust me. When I start some new thing, I used to discuss them first. They lead me more better way, and try to comprehend my heart. When I was young, my father was just scared me. He was stubborn, so I acted him uncomfortable What he treated me then.
When I think about my mother, I have some bad memories than good. She sometimes scolded me. Because I often drop my stuff past place or I used to spill and break something. . However, now I have known real their heart. They might be want me a good girl. I'm immature now and then. Now they sent me here for my great future. I know they can’t afford to support for me, but I know they love me so much. I love too, and I ‘ll do my best whatever.
