Week 9 question
Thank you returning students for your words of encouragement and offer of help for the new students! I'm sure the new students will enjoy reading them. This week we are continuing with good paragraph structure. I would like for you to answer this question. If I have one day to spend in your country, what should I see? Begin with a topic sentence that names the place and makes a general statement about it. Discuss 2 or 3 reasons to support your choice. End with a concluding sentence that summarizes or makes a final comment about your choice.

ReplyDeleteThe first see when u come there in VietNam it is nosiy and crowded there, i think u dont like that, but its okie for me, when i'm here, im very very missing BEE BEE (honk a horn) :). but u dont be worry in Viet Nam We have a lot good food and beautiful scenery. Do you know VietNamese noodle? It is called PHO in VietNam, and seafood is very fresh. Did u hear HaLong bay? Halong Bay on its list for nomination as one the World's 7 Natural Wonders. I think that is best your choice. Lets go and enjoy your holiday. :")

ReplyDeleteTaiwan, I live here have twenty-eight years. I think I should understand my country. Hualian is the best place in Taiwan. No any pollution and just few people live here.If you like country life is best for you. Hualian have cleanest river and greatest mountain. These mountains and canyons made by nature formation not artificial.
If you in Hualian right now that will feel so relax, you can find a coffee shop and order one coffee then close your eyes to breathe fresh air, listen to birdcall. Wow! When I write, I already miss Hulian.
I think everyone go to Taiwan, the first choice is Hualian. Don’t hesitate, pick your baggage up, get your ticket, come to Hulian.

ReplyDeleteMy country,S. KOREA, has aproximately 5000 years history and refined culture. Among them, I want to introduce you about Korean food. Hansik, Korean food, contains less meat than most traditional Western or Chinese cuisine, and features a wide variety of fermented foods, assorted vegetable dishes, and rice. It is very nutritious and is becoming more and more popular around the world for its health benefits. Traditionally, Korean table settings are comprised of a number of side dishes. Family and friends gather around the table and share between themselves, sampling every dish. Only boiled rice and guk (soup) are two items that are not shared. These customs represent the true character of Koreans as being people who prefer to do everything together.
The staple dishes in Korean food are boiled rice and kimchi. However, a meal rarely consists of only these two. In a typical Korean meal, an array of side dishes is served all at once. Kimchi is an essential side dish and it is a world-famous dish. Also, it is now considered to be one of the world's top five health foods. In addition to kimchi, bibimbap (boiled rice mixed with vegetables), galbi (seasoned ribs), bulgogi (marinated, barbecued beef), and hanjeongsik (a full-course Korean meal) are major Korean dishes that have made their way out into the world.

ReplyDeleteMy country have had a lot of history since a long time ago. In that,Kyoto is the place with much old history. There has many world histages and national treasures. I recommend that you visit Kyoto. At first there are many temple in Kyoto. For example,it is Kinkaku-ji,Ginkaku-ji,Kiyomizu-dera.There place are very veautiful in all season. Then, you can see a maiko. When the maiko easily says,it is the dance girl who wore a kimono. They are very beautiful. The maiko has the thing history more than 140 years. All in all,you should go to Kyoto that can watch Japanese history.
If you just have one day to spend in my country, I suggest you to visit our capital-BeiJing. There are so many places of interest there. For example, the Great Wall, which is one of the most famous sight spots in China. Even can see the Great Wall from the satelite. The other place I want to suggest you to visit is the Forbidden City, which is the palace that the emperors and their wives live in the past. The architectural style of the palaces are very special and magnificent. The Forbidden City reacts the emperors position and power totally. In conclution, there are all very interesting places you must visit if you have just one day to spend in China.

Second.i want to tell you, my country is noisy country, but, people almost is nice to everyone,so, you don't worry.my country is different cities has different tasty food. my city famous food is duck.GuangZhou famous food is soup. Tianjin famous food is Baozi. if you like eat food. i think china is good vaction place. Thind, China has many good place, some places have nice builds. some places have nice houses. so, if you come to china. i think you should be like China.
ReplyDeleteI live in Korea. If I have an opportunity to go my country, I ‘d like to go ‘Ganganri’ in Busan. Busan is the second biggest city in Korea, and my hometown. Especially, Busan is well known as Beautiful beaches. When I stayed my town, I often went to the ‘Ganganri beach’. There is beautiful view including bridge that places across the sea. And I can see great night view, In the evening, the bridge shines with many of lights. Second, there is a sound of cool waives. When I walked along the beach, I felt a comfortable and calm, so I can relax. Personally, I prefer a night of the sea than daytime. In short, I like calm view of Gananri in the evening.

ReplyDeleteI'd like to show you Seoul. Seoul is the capital of Korea.
If you want to sight-seeing where is filled with young feeling than trditional history place, I'll recommend you 4 kind sightseeing places.
The first, Dongdaemun market is the vigor youth overflows and you'll purchase latest fashion cloths. It is reasonable price. In the other hand, If you want go gorgeous and luxury street shop, I'll recommend in Apgujeong-dong and Chongdam Dong rodeo street.
The second recommend place is Itaewon.
Itaewon is the global village where is inside Seoul.
It is crowded with many foreigners and you can use the many foreigner club.
The third place is Hong Ik University around. It is located Shin chon . There are so many jazz, Rock bar and always held young crazy Indi band performance.
As I know most of youth musician performed every night.
Recently , a lots of TV drama and movies are shot here.
To sums up, If you have a chance to sightseeing in Seoul, I'm going to give any useful information anytime,anywhere.
Hi im from kuwait . it is the small country near Iraq , KSA, and Iran you can spent agood time but it debonds the weather.if you you want to coming in winter or summer
ReplyDeleteif you coming in winter we can going to camping in the desert wich is so cold place there and you knew how the cold being in the desert in the night you can going to the anathor family camp who has a traditional concert called SAMRA you can spend agood time there by dancing or listen to the music
but if you coming in the summer we can going to the resorts freely near the gulf sea because the weather will be to hot and you can take sunbathe in less than hour and you can enjoy by drive the JETSKY in the sea

ReplyDeleteIt called "WallPo". First of reason, there is near from my home. When I have to think about to choose something,usually I go there to drive. second, there is no noisy, so I can focus on thinking.
